Wedding days are part of your story. In order for me to photogaph the day to unfold your beautiful story of your day my bottom collection starts with six hours of coverage. Every couple's needs are different, that's why I provide custom quotes to best fit your needs!
Every collection comes with a complimentary 45-90 minute engagement session (700 value). This is the perfect opportunity to get use to being in front of my camera, so that your wedding day will be easy and stress free!

Schedule Your Engagement Session
Together we will decide on the perfect location based on what your looking for. I have a list of locations I know photograph well, so you can pick a spot off that list or I can scout a location you recommend and I can let you know if it'll match my editing style or not.
After your location is chosen we can start the fun part, styling your outfits! We can decide on colors based on the desired location you've chosen. As a client of mine you have exclusive access to my client closet if you wish to use it.
By this point you will be confident in going into your engagement session without any unknowns.
During your session I will be guiding you through posing to help you feel natural. Sessions with me are very playful so be prepared to do a lot of interaction including laughing, cuddling and kissing!
An engagement session is the perfect way to get to know you as a couple so you feel more comfortable with me when it comes time for your wedding day!
Inquire for your wedding date including what venue or location your plan to get married at.
I will reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation with you where I'll help you decided how much coverage you will need based on what you want covered. During the consult you will have a pretty good idea on if you want me to be your wedding photographer or not.
If we're a good fit then you'll sign a contract and secure your date with a $1000 non-refundable reservation retainer.
About four to six weeks out from your wedding date we will have a wedding timeline meeting.
During this meeting I will confirm the wedding location and we go over how much time each thing takes to photograph on a wedding day. We will discuss the pros and cons of each event (first look, father daughter first look, etc.) on the day to be sure you're making the right decision for you and get get every moment captured you're hoping for.
During this meeting I also gather family groupings for family portraits along with your must have shots for the wedding day.

Wedding Day and Gallery Delivery
Within eight weeks your photos will be delivered in your online gallery and ready to share with your family and friends! You'll receive all final edited images in Brandi Trotter Photography's signature editing style.
Within your gallery you'll have access to print professional prints through my printing company. Though printing through my printing company isn't mandatory, I cannot guarantee the quality of prints from any other company.
Full print rights are granted and you're free to print wherever you wish.
