It has a list of my go-to photo locations around Colorado Springs, Colorado. Time and time again my clients have chosen these top three locations for their session with me!

Honorary Location: North Cheyenne Mountain

North Cheyenne Mountain had to have a little bit of the fame for one of my client’s favorites. My clients love how secluded this location is from the hustle and bustle. I personally love the beautiful rock formations in the background of this open meadow like field. During summer months you occasionally get sunflowers (year depending). Other times you get beautiful wispy grass and golden light peaking over the mountains. This location just doesn’t get the love it deserves.

Location 3: Red Rocks Open Space

In third place is a location that was requested quite a bit this year in contrary to prior years. I love the trees and open space around this location. You get a variety of looks from one location as well. Wispy grass, fallen trees to play on, red rock formations, etc.

Location 2: Garden of the Gods

One of the most iconic sights to see in the Colorado Springs area! If you’ve never been to Garden of the Gods it’s the first place I take my family and friends from out of town. The Red Rock Formations are an incredible sight to see! Throughout this location are various hiking trails to see all the park has to offer. I have one favorite spot that I was able to find this year. This particular spot turned into one of my client’s favorite location to choose!

Location 1: Pikes Peak Viewpoint

Second year in a row this amazing viewpoint has been rewarded number one for my client’s top chosen locations. Can you blame them? WHat’s not to love about a breathtaking mountain view of Pike Peak? This view was one of the first views that made me completely fall in love with the area.
