The Building
The Loft is over 100 years old featuring the original brick that shows off the rich history of the building. Wood flooring adds a rustic industrial feel throughout. It’s known to be the largest indoor wedding venue in the South Sound area totaling at 20,000 square feet. The Loft can occupy more than 300 guests, making it the perfect location for a large wedding. The venue has two stories to keep your event separated out however you plan it. The possibilities are endless! Not to worry, The Loft also has ADA Accommodations. Featuring a wheelchair ramp for your ADA guests in mind along with two ADA restrooms and large entrance points throughout the venue. There is a downstairs area where most couple choose to do their ceremony, a cocktail space, separate reception space upstairs with a huge dance floor and lounge area.
Getting Ready Spaces
The bridal suite is beautifully done with large windows in a room that overlooks the industrial part of Chehalis. A large mirror is in this room making it the perfect space for getting your dress on. The second room in the bridal suite has multiple makeup stations for all your bridal party to get ready. It also has a wooden dress hanger on the wall to display all your bridesmaids dresses around your bridal gown. The bridal suite restroom is a nice bonus to this space, so you can stay hiding out all day if you want to.
The other getting ready suite is a large moody space with a clothing rack to store your attire. The space also has multiple getting ready stations with mirrors. A round table and comfortable leather chairs to sit around and hang out with your closest friends.
Ceremony Space
The ceremony space is a downstairs location which is a low lit and romantic space making it a perfect place for you to say your I-do’s. The space has a beautiful brick backdrop and wood floors. It can accommodate up to 400 guests. You’ll love the chandeliers to light your way down the aisle.
Cocktail Space
The cocktail space is conveniently located downstairs, so your guests can mingle at cocktail hour while you get your family portraits done upstairs before dinner. Keeping your guests separate from your photos will help avoid any family members wondering off when they are needed for family portraits.
Reception Space
Large windows flood the reception space with beautiful natural light on the West side of the building. Couples typically choose to do their dining on this side of the space and have their party on the East side of the upstairs area.
