Garden of the Gods is one of the most sought after locations to see while in Colorado Springs. It’s no wonder so many families choose to have their family session in this incredible location! Garden of the Gods has beautiful rock formations throughout the park and sixteen different hikes that you can do. In the late Fall through early Spring months you’ll beat the traffic from tourists. During the rest of the year Garden of the Gods is flooded with people from all over the country.
If you plan to have your session at Garden of the Gods, it’s very important to stick to the designated paths and trails so you aren’t disrupting the land. One of my favorite parts of shooting at Garden of the Gods is that children have so many fun adventures throughout the family session. Children will have the ability to climb and play. Rest assure, they will have the best time during your family session with me.
If you’re looking for wildflowers during your session, Garden of the Gods provides this during certain times of the year. Between the grassy fields, red rock formations, fun looking developed trees and wildflowers during certain parts of the year, Garden of the Gods makes for an incredible jaw dropping family session!
